Can't Keep Up With A 70 Year Old!

Hello Everyone!!!

Hope you guys are all having a good week!! We had an awesome last week in Evora!!

A few weeks ago we found a family that we have been teaching, they really are incredible! The mom came to church yesterday, and loved it! We had branch council so we had all our stake leaders there giving classes and the spirit was there really strong. It really was a good Sunday! We had 47 people in total in our chapel! We even had to set up extra chairs, and 22 people from Evora not including the missionaries. It was the record for the last month and we were pretty excited about it!

The work here in Evora is really going good! We have been able to teach a lot of families, which is always so special! I love that the gospel focuses so much on families, because they really are the most important things we have here on this earth!

Yesterday after church we did a lunch all together with the members, and a member who is 69 years old asked if we could run to her house with her to help her grab her food. When she said run, she was talking seriously. So here we are, two 20 year olds, being out ran by a lady who is almost 70, in high heals, in really uneven cobblestone streets. I don’t know what she takes in the morning, but I want that!

As my time here in Portugal is running short, I am truly trying to take advantage of all the beauty Portugal has to offer, and all the lovely experiences we have as missionaries. I am so blessed to be here with the Saviors name on my chest. SO blessed.

Thank you for all the support!!!
